Important: By downloading, installing, or using the Glow AI+ mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. App Overview

Glow AI+ is a mobile application designed to help users achieve their best skin ever through AI-powered skincare analysis, personalized beauty routines, product recommendations, and 24/7 beauty coaching. The app offers both free and premium subscription features.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Available Subscriptions

Glow AI+ Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $3.00 per week
Yearly Subscription: $30.00 per year (Most Popular - Save 80%!)

Note: Prices may vary by location and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

2.2 Subscription Features

Glow AI+ Premium includes:

Advanced AI skin analysis with detailed insights
Unlimited product scanning before purchase
Personalized weekly skincare routines
24/7 AI beauty coach chat with unlimited messages
Premium beauty tips and expert hacks
Progress tracking with comprehensive analytics

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

For iOS users:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find Glow AI+ and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users:

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap Menu → Subscriptions
Find Glow AI+ and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

4.2 Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:

iOS: Submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem website
Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer service

Glow AI+ does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trials are limited to one per user.

7. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate account and payment information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the app in accordance with these terms
Not share your premium account access with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Use face scanning features only for personal skincare analysis
Not upload inappropriate or harmful content

Important Health Notice: Glow AI+ is designed for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease. The AI analysis and recommendations are for skincare guidance only and should not replace professional medical advice. 9. AI Technology Disclaimer

Our AI technology provides skincare analysis based on image recognition and machine learning
Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate
AI recommendations are based on general skincare knowledge and may not suit every individual
Users should use their own judgment when following AI recommendations

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including facial scan data and beauty preferences.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Glow AI+ at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

Glow AI+ and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to skin reactions from following AI recommendations.
